London
London’s skyline has some of the tallest residential buildings in the UK. The Shard is the tallest partly residential building, while St. George Wharf Tower is the tallest fully residential building with 50 storeys. The development offers residents access to a gym, spa, swimming pool, 360-degree terraces and a business lounge. However, living in London is much more expensive, and apartments at St. George Wharf Tower have sold for a whopping £2,100 per sq ft, which is nearly three times the UK average for apartments. And the capital often sits below Manchester on livability lists.
Singapore

However, it costs around £3,500 per sq ft to buy an apartment there.
New York City
New York City is home to the tallest residential tower in the world, Central Park Tower, sitting at 472m and has 179 luxury condos. It sits on a bustling part of 57th Street, which has been coined Billionaires’ Row. The building is also home to spectacular views of the city’s skyline and of Central Park, a seven-story Nordstrom and exclusive 50,000 sq ft of amenities for residents. A two-bedroom condo was on the market for an eye-watering $6.9m, costing approximately £5,000 per sq ft.
