Woman who ended up on the streets after escaping forced marriage is saved by billionaire

By the age of 24 she had escaped a forced marriage, lived on the streets and contemplated suicide, but now she has landed her dream job and a luxury pad.

Despite facing a life filled with turmoil and despair, Kat Demarchelier Du Bois from Teesside, 25, never gave up on her dream of becoming a lawyer.

After seeing an advert for an apprenticeship in the MEN at Addleshaw Goddard law firm, she decided to apply, Manchester Evening News reported.

Wearing a borrowed white blouse and a £2.50 pencil skirt from Primark, she arrived for a job interview at the prestigious firm.
